There is no sin punished more implacably by nature than the sin of resistance to change. --Anne Morrow LindberghI chose a book on my shelves and opened to the above quote. It amazes me even though it happens time and again, that when I look for assistance in my books it opens to exactly what I need. The book I opened isn't even a poetry book but what followed the quote is about the poet, Anne Morrow Lindbergh. I find poetry (or about poets) within books that I don't even realize have such.
Resistance to change - yes, I have some resistance. Probably why this year has been so difficult. But time moves forward whether we are ready or not. Better to go with the flow. More fodder for poetry.
